Shareek Communication Strategy

Project

Shareek, a Saudi based real estate marketing agency, required us to sell one of their largest projects Durrat Al Arous 2 in Jeddah. They also wanted to showcase their brand and their project at upcoming Real Estate expos - Cityscape Jeddah and Cityscape Riyadh.

Challenge

The challenge was to sell plots at Al Arous 2 with the only USP being guaranteed waterfront. The target could be an individual or company and creative had to be visualized without showing any development per se. For Shareek, the task was to showcase the company as strong and confident by creating a conceptual branding to be used for the Expo.

Solution

For Durrat we were inspired by their USP of guaranteed waterfront and talked about the ambition of owning such a piece of land by showing a horse in water splash treatment which was also culturally relevant. For Shareek we designed and produced brochures, Videos, Expo stands & other collaterals under the concept of Connecting Investments with Opportunities.
