Solutions · Brand activation

Activations peopleactually take part in.

An activation earns its place when it changes a number: visitors, sign-ups, votes, sales. We plan the moment, build the experience, staff it, film it and amplify it — so a day in a mall becomes a month of content.

What is brand activation, and when does it beat advertising?

Brand activation puts a brand in front of people as an experience they join — a booth, a challenge, a festival, a pop-up — rather than a message they watch. It beats advertising when the product needs to be tried, when a community needs to be built, or when a national message needs many voices rather than one loud one.

What results have your activations delivered in Bahrain?

For Bahrainouna, a national social-cohesion programme, activations and partnerships reached 57M+ people without increasing the media budget. Booths drew 5,000+ visits at Youth City 2030 and 3,300+ at Dragon City. The Bahrainouna Exhibition drew 5,000+ visits, 2,000+ online votes and 200+ entries. For BTEA's Sea Festival, attendance rose 26% year on year.

  • Bahrainouna — 40+ partnerships, 50K+ students reached, 57M+ reach and impressions
  • Bahrain Noor El Ain — 23 malls, 1,500+ retailers, 15,000 visitors a day
  • Bahrain Sea Festival — ten days at Bahrain Bay, +26% attendance
  • IKEA Bahrain launch — nine influencers, 491K+ views

How do you plan an activation around Bahrain's calendar?

Around the moments people already gather for: Ramadan and Eid, the Formula 1 weekend, national days, shopping festivals and the fourth-quarter exhibition season. We match the audience to the place and the time, then design the experience for it — a suhoor activation is a different brief from a race-weekend one.

Can activations run across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE?

Yes, as delivery from Bahrain. Our team plans and produces regionally and works with venue and production partners in each market; the account is run from Manama. Team-building experiences under our Rush-A-Way line have been delivered in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for ADNOC, Emarat, Chevron and Dragon Oil.

Frequently asked

Brand activation, answered.

  • How far in advance should we book an activation?

Six to eight weeks for a mall or campus activation. Festivals and multi-city roadshows need longer, mostly because permits and venue slots move more slowly than production does.

  • Do you measure footfall?

Yes. Visits, dwell time, sign-ups and votes are counted on the ground, and content reach is reported alongside them so the activation is judged on both.

  • Do you produce the content too?

Yes. Film, photography and social amplification are planned with the activation, not bolted on afterwards — most of an activation's reach happens after the day itself.

  • What makes an activation work rather than just happen?

A reason to take part. Bahrainouna reached 57M+ people because participation was the mechanic — partnerships, competitions and exhibitions people entered, not a stand people walked past.
