What kinds of events do you manage in Bahrain?

Launches, conferences, government and national events, festivals, exhibitions, award ceremonies and internal events. For IKEA Bahrain we ran the ground-breaking and the launch event with dignitaries and media, including royal protocol. For Bahrain Noor El Ain we produced a nationwide festival with 23 malls and 15,000 visitors a day — and arranged the fireworks.

How do you handle protocol and government events?

With experience. Our client work includes national programmes under royal vision, a store launch under HRH the Crown Prince's patronage, and three-plus years of content for Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Tourism, balancing storytelling with strict adherence to government regulations. Protocol, security liaison and media accreditation are planned from the first meeting.

Can an event also become a campaign?

It should. Every event we run is planned with the content and media around it: teaser, live coverage, influencer access and post-event stories. BTEA's Sea Festival became a digital storytelling ecosystem — cinematic video, photography, continuous social management, regional influencers — and attendance rose 26% year on year.
